<br />Breakfast— Per Advance if Early Load /n
<br />PURCHASER shall provide and pay for, a hot meal for fourteen (14) people either at a restaurant or
<br />in house catering at time agreed upon with ARTIST's Tour Manager. Acceptable breakfast items
<br />include breakfast sandwiches, eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast, cereal, milk, orange juice, coffee &
<br />doughnuts. Please include all necessary plates, napkins, utensils, cups, condiments, etc.
<br />Lunch — PURCHASER shall provide and pay for, a hot meal for fourteen (14) people either at a
<br />restaurant or in house catering at time agreed upon with ARTIST's Tour Manager. Acceptable lunch
<br />items include grilled chicken, fish, steak, hamburgers, hot dogs, fruits, and vegetables, sub
<br />sandwiches. All typical sides including; cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, onion & condiments, with
<br />various chip assortments. Soft drinks, water, and sweet tea preferred. Please include all necessary
<br />plates, napkins, utensils, cups, condiments, etc.
<br />Dinner — PURCHASER shall provide and pay for, a hot meal for fourteen (14) people either at a
<br />restaurant or in house catering at time agreed upon with ARTIST's Tour Manager.
<br />Artist prefers a home cooked style "meat and three". That shall include, but is not limited to a green
<br />salad, two (2) vegetables and starches, bread, meat (main entree) (Chicken, Roast Beef, Ham, Pork
<br />Chops or Steak), and a dessert. Soft drinks, water, and sweet tea preferred. Please include all
<br />necessary plates, napkins, utensils, cups, condiments, etc.
