PER ADVANCE -EXISTING EVENT PRODUCTION IN PLACE. <br />PURCHASER will ensure that the following are provided for ARTIST for the PERFORMANCE <br />Audio will require a house mix position that is 12' wide by 8' deep AND AT GROUND LEVEL. NO <br />RISER FOR FOH MIX POSITION. Lighting control position requires an area of 8' wide by 8' deep with <br />an 8' table with a 8'x 8'x 2' riser. These areas are to be located on the main floor and in the center of <br />main stage. The audio house mix shall be located no further than seventy-five (75') feet and no closer <br />than sixty (60') feet from the stage in indoor venues. F.O.H. shall be located no further than one <br />hundred twenty-five (125) feet and no closer than seventy-five (75') feet outdoors. The Audio house <br />mix position should not be located under or on any balconies. The audio desk requires a flat, open <br />area and has its own structural stand for performance. <br />There must be no physical obstructions between the stage and the console. For outdoor shows, Front <br />of House mix position must be covered by tent and tarp. The tent and tarp are to contain no holes: <br />Tent and tarp to be provided and paid for by PURCHASER. <br />The final placement of mix area to be determined on the day of show by Artist's front of house <br />engineer. <br />12. SPEAKERS <br />House PA shall be a four (4) way actively crossed system in stereo. It shall exhibit an even frequency <br />response, 40Hz to 16khz (+- 3dB) and be capable of 112 dB (C weighted) with 5 dB of reserve <br />headroom measured on axis at F.O.H. Decked PA in venues with paid seating at a distance greater <br />than 100' will require Delay speakers properly aligned to main PA. <br />13. PA <br />Should be "Flown" whenever possible, if not possible sound wings will be required, NO GROUND <br />STACKING. Mains and Monitors shall be completely free of hums, buzzes, mysterious crackles, and <br />blown, rubbing or rattling drivers. PA (mains and monitors) must be in polarity with respect to their <br />manufacture design. PA (mains and monitors) must be properly grounded. Fidelity and even <br />coverage are a must. Preferred systems are L -Acoustic K1, d&b J and Q Series, L -acoustics V- <br />DOSC, JBL VTX and VerTec, EAW KF Series, Martin MLA, Meyer, Nexo. Line source systems to be <br />properly deployed for complete horizontal and vertical coverage of paid seating areas. Properly <br />aligned fills to be deployed if necessary, ESPECIALLY FRONT ROW COVERAGE. <br />All speakers systems shall have a 1:1 ratio in regards to mid high and sub cabinets <br />COMPACT LINE ARRAYS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE UNLESS APPROVED BY THE <br />PRODUCTION MANAGER <br />14. FRONT FILLS <br />Two (2) Passive or Actively Crossed low profile Front Fills with power and processing required. To be <br />controlled at FOH mix position, derived from an auxiliary, properly aligned to main PA, required. <br />PER ADVANCE .
