PURCHASER shall provide at its sole cost, Three (3) eight foot tables, Two (2) chairs sturdy & <br />comfortable for 300 lbs. person, well lit, secure, adequate space, prime locations for merchandising, <br />with proper security for PRODUCER's designee to vend such materials and PURCHASER agrees that <br />PRODUCER's designee shall have access to any hall facilities and areas adjacent to the venue as <br />deemed necessary by PRODUCER's designee. <br />Producer shall have sole approval over any vendors selling Artist's Merchandise. <br />PURel 1ASER further agrees to use its best efforts to prohibit the sale or viTvi <br />. r�—TL4emis-r7of <br />s1:da-r_tTh17__V1=TTQI�. <br />Purchaser shall, at its sole cost, prohibit the sale or distribution of all unauthorized or so-called "bootleg" <br />merchandise on or adjacent to the Venue. <br />Mill i i i i <br />i D <br />D. CONCESSIONS <br />The sale of food and drinks at the Engagement shall be limited to areas outside of the performance <br />area and not-Lie-visble-""e-stage. If alcoholic beverages are sold or distributed at the <br />Engagement, then Purchaser assumes sole liability for all damage or injury to person or property in <br />connection therewith. UNLESS SUCH IS DIRECTLY DUE TO THE NEGLIGENCE OF ACT OR ACTS AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES <br />E. SPONSORSHIP EXISTING SPONSORS IN PLACE <br />(i) Purchaser venue Sponsors: <br />All forms of sponsorship secured or obtained by Purchaser and/or the Venue relating to the <br />Engagement, whether part of an ongoing series or specifically for the Engagement are subject to <br />the following: <br />All such sponsorship must be approved by Artist not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the <br />Engagement. <br />To the extent Artist consents to sponsorship as stated above, the terms of the Producer's consent <br />thereto shall be subject, in part, to the following conditions: (i) sponsorship shall not be used to <br />directly or indirectly to suggest that Artist, or any organization member thereof, endorses, uses or <br />otherwise is associated with the products or services of any sponsor(s); (ii) banners or other signage <br />shall not be located within the performance areas on, above or meaf the stage; and (iii) Artist shall <br />retain creative control over same. <br />The term "sponsorship" as used herein, shall be given the broadest possible definition and shall <br />Purchaser Initials: Colt Ford: <br />Colt Ford Rider Revised August 25, 2020 <br />
