Project Billing includes the IGA fee, Design <br />fee, Bond Costs, and 20% for Design Engineering, equipment selection and procurement of <br />long lead HVAC equipment. This does not include sales tax. <br />All subsequent bills will reflect true progress during implementation based on percentage of <br />completion.
