County Surveyor Turnbull, and accepted by County Engineer Fredrickson. The in-kind <br />work is to pave the access and driveway of the parcel. This work will occur at the same <br />time of the construction to realign Berry Road. A statutory warranty deed has been <br />prepared to transfer a portion of the parcel for use as road right-of-way. Excise tax <br />exemption options were reviewed and found that this right-of-way acquisition does not <br />meet any of the listed exemption criteria.
