Supplement to Questions: <br />This is the 16tl'year we have helcl the event (typically the 3d Sunday in May annually). <br />We rent portable toilets frorn the same vendor every year: Valley Septic. They provide <br />drop off and pick up services of their equiprnent. Washington State Patrol, yat<ima <br />Police Department, The Blue Knights, YC Rangers, and the Yakima Sheriff s Office all <br />provide voluntary patrol seruices and traffic control. We also provide emergency <br />services through EMS, as well as HAMM Radio operators due to lirnited cell coverage in <br />the canyon. We have Valley Cycle on site for bicycle repairs, as well as Recycle Bicycle <br />frorn Ellensburg. All road closurc signs and barricades are provicled by Yakima County <br />Crirne Stoppers. We used to rent these services but purchased our own three years ago.
