We add up each visit (taken at the front desk) to the gallery, our events, our <br />classes. ln 2022 we are projecting a total of 13,876 visits based on attendance <br />counts for events, walk-ins and classes from January 1- September 1. Projected <br />2023 attendance is 30% increase to 18,038 <br />2. We review our Facebook demographics and Google analytics to understand <br />where our visitors are from. <br />3. We review our membership and mailing list and see where they are from <br />4. We review a sample survey from the front desk that asks where visitors are <br />from. This year we conducted this survey from August 20- September 11 . <br />5. We compare the percentages of those from inside the county, out of the county, <br />and out of the state. See attachment. <br />6. We determine an average percentage of those from out of the state and out of <br />the county and apply that to the overall number of visits. <br />Out of state average of all numbers is B% plus out of county average is 29o/o <br />totalling 37o/o out of Kittitas County. <br />7. We multiply our projection of visits by these numbers. Our projection for 2023 is <br />18,038 x .08= 1623 Out of state visitors 18038 x .29 = 5231 out of county visitors <br />totalling 6854 visitors from out of state. <br />B. We make a modest assumption that I out of 30 of these 6854 visitors from out <br />of state plus out of county (228) will pay for lodging for two nights.
