We recognize that this is a lengthy process for committee members, and we appreciate your time and energy to consider our application. WSSSM worked hard in 2021 and 2022 to be good stewards of the Lodging Tax Funds. By partnering with Craters of the Moon, our advertising was done creatively and professionally AND at minimal cost! As the Marketing Directorforthe museum, I, Kathy McDonald, bring more than 25 years of marketing expertise to our organization. I look forward to partnering with others in the county to raise awareness and create tourism events and opportunities for both WSSSM and others in the county. I have gotten much more involved in CAMAH this year as Presidentfor 2022, creating a new logo, website and overseeing the group's name change. As WSSSM enters its Bth year of operation in 2023, we are super excited about 3 things: 1. NEW Snowboarding Exhibit and Film: We are excited for the events and promotion around this new exhibit. More expanded content to come on Snowboarding at WSSSM. 2. ln Person Events/NEW Partnerships: Bring back the events and we're excited to be partnering with Suncadia Resort to promote historical and arts tourism at WSSSM and throughout the county. 3. Continued Online Advertising: Nothing showcases our museum like video can. Should we be awarded Lodging Tax Grant Funds, we are especiatly interested in OTT/Streamed Media and Television Advertising. We are grateful to have been awarded a grant in 2021 and 2022 and hope to earn your trust again in 2023. We know that the museum is unique in being one of the only facilities to provide culture and tourism drawing events in the Upper part of the County.
