<br />ENTITLED THERETO, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the trustee
<br />under said deed of trust, in the lards herein described.

<br />February 3, 2022, in Book 44 of Surveys, pages 138 and 139, under Auditor's File No.
<br />202202030042, records of Kittitas County, Washington; being a portion of the Northwest
<br />Quarter of Section 34, Township 18 North, Range 18 East, W.M., in the County of Kittitas,
