<br />02/21/2023 MINUTES 3 <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING AMEND COUNTY CODE TITLE 2.81.080 AIRPORT <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider an Ordinance Amending <br />Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.81.080, to be held on March 7, 2023, at <br />2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County <br />Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk <br />to publish said notice. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT MARJORIE ALUMBAUGH PUBLIC DEFENSE <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement for Kittitas County Indigent Defense Services <br />between Kittitas County and Alumbaugh Law, Marjorie Alumbaugh, to <br />provide public defender services for eligible indigent criminal <br />defendants from March 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ELIZABETH GAGLEY PUBLIC DEFENSE <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement for Upper District Court Indigent Defense Services <br />between Kittitas County and Heritage Law Offices, Elizabeth Gagley, to <br />provide public defender services for eligible indigent criminal <br />defendants from March 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />AGEEMENT PAUL McBRIDE PUBLIC DEFENSE <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement for Kittitas County Superior Court Indigent Defense <br />Services between Kittitas County and Paul McBride, to provide public <br />defender services for eligible indigent criminal defendants from March <br />1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT SUMMIT FOOD SERVICE, LLC SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge an Amendment to the Food Service Partnership Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Summit Food Service, LLC effective January <br />21, 2023. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WA MILITARY DEPARTMENT SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge Grant Agreement E23-116, between the Washington Military <br />Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in the amount <br />of $50,885.00, beginning September 1, 2022, through January 31, 2025. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT WA MILITARY DEPARTMENT SHERIFF <br /> <br />Acknowledge Grant Agreement E23-184, between the Washington Military <br />Department and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, in the amount <br />of $31,866.00, beginning June 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023. <br /> <br /> <br />
