Such policy must provide the following <br />minimum limits:. $1,000,000 per claim. $2,000,000 annual aggregate <br />' lf insurance is on a claims-made form, its retroactive date, and that of all <br />subsequent renewals, shall be no later than the effective date of this <br />Agreement. <br />Pollution Liability <br />The Contractor shall provide a Pollution Liability policy, providing coverage for <br />claims involving bodily injury, property damage (including loss of use of tangible <br />property that has not been physically injured), cleanup costs, remediation, disposal <br />or other handling of pollutants, including costs and expenses incurred in the <br />investigation, defense, or settlement of claims arising out of:.
