Confidentiatity: The Contractor, its employees, sub-Contractors, and their employees shall maintain theconJidentiality of all information provided by the County or acquired by the Contractor inperformance of this Agreement, except upon tne prior wiitten consent oi tne Kittitas CountyProsecuting Attorney or an order entered by a court after having acquired jurisdiction overthe County.
