GENERAL CONDITIONS

<br />2. Performance of Work:

<br />4. Definitions:
<br />4'1 "Additional lnsureds" means the County, its successors and assigns, andthe respective direciors, officers, empl'oyees, agents and repres-entatives ofthe County and its successors and assigns. '
<br />4'2 "Support" means the following: Contra"ctor's directors, officers, employees,agents and representatives; and sub-Contractors of any tier; tne relpectivedirectors, offic-ers, employees, agents and representatives of these sub-contractors of any tier; and.any other person or entity acting under thedirection or control of, or on behalf ot, cbntiactor or any contilJors suu-Contractors of any tier in connection with or inciJent to the'performance or tneWork or this Agreement.4'3 The "Work" means all of the duties listed in Exhibit A and the performance ofall other obligations, under this Agreement byContractor or itd support.
