10" Requlations and Reouiremg8t: <br />This Agreement shall be subjec{ to all laws, rules and regulations of the United States ofAmerica, and State of Washinglon, and politbal suMivisions of the State of Washington, <br />and to any other provisions set forth herein or in the attached exhibits, <br />11. Rioht to Review: <br />This.contract is subJec't to rwiew by any Federal or State auditor. The County or its deslgneeshall have the right to review and monitor the financial and seMe coniponents of thisprogram by wtratever means are deemed expedient by the County.
