EXHIBIT B <br />AFFIDAVIT OF UNCOTLECTIBLE MOBILE HOME TAXES - SUBMITTED 2023 <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />Affiant, Amy Cziske, being first duly sworn, on oath deposes and says <br />1. That Affiant is duly elected Kittitas County Treasurer, and makes this Affidavit in that capacity. <br />However, Affiant notes she took office on fanuary 1,2019. Affiant makes this Affidavit based upon <br />what she has seen, been informed of, or otherwise become aware of since she took office. Affiant makes <br />no statement, guarantee, or representation as to the quality or diligence of activities and efforts <br />undertaken by the previous Kittitas County Treasurer, or prior to Ianuary t,2Ot9. <br />2. Since January L,20L9,Affiantassigned Deputy Treasurers to investigate the collection of Mobile Home <br />Taxes remaining on the mobile home tax rolls of Kittitas County, which had not been collected. <br />3. After diligent search and inquiry since fanuary t,20t9, no goods or chattels have been found upon <br />which to collect said taxes. <br />4. Affiant is informed and believes upon diligent investigation by her duly appointed Deputy Treasurers <br />since January 7,20L9, and swears on behalf of said Deputy, and on Affiant's own behall that said taxes <br />set forth on the attached pages are uncollectible. <br />5.
