AMENDMENT TO CDBG-CV SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND HOPESOURCE This Amendment to the Subrecipient Agreement for the CDBG Public Service Subsistence Payments and Childcare Services (signed by the County on June 15, 2O2Il ("Agreement") is made between KITTITAS COUNTY (the "County") and HOPESOURCE. The County and Hopesource agree as follows: The Washington State Department of Commerce ("Commerce") amended the terms of its Community Development Block Grant Program agreement with the County (Program Contract #20-6221.C-L15), to extend the time of performance to June 30, 2023. As such, the Subrecipient Agreement previously entered into between the County and Hopesource, which currently specifies the Agreement expires January 31,2023, should be amended pursuant to Subsection 8.H (Amendments) of that Agreement, to extend the time of performance specified in Section 2 (Time of Performance), as well as the final request for reimbursement deadline specified in Section 5 (Payment), to be consistent with Commerce's grant extension. The County and Hopesource both agree Section 2 (Time of Performance) is amended to specify the Agreement expires June 30, 2023; and Section 5 (Payment) is amended to specify the final request for reimbursement shall be July L5,2023. Also, Section 4 (Budget) detailed the 05Q Subsistence Payment budget as $t+2,36+ and the 051 Childcare Services budget as 575,000. On December 1.,2022, Hopesource requested a budget amendment to move 527,OOO from 051 Childcare Services to 05Q Subsistence as the need for Subsistence is greater. The Washington State Department of Commerce approved this amendment and has updated the budget as follows: S5L - PS Ctrfidcare $mrdces s4$-CI00.s0 05Q - PS Subsistmce Paltnmts $169=3f4.S$ The County and Hopesource both agree Section 4 (budget) is amended to reflect the updated budget amounts.
