<br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 02/26/2017) <br />Page 14 of 16 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed: <br /> <br />$35.00 per refrigerator, freezer, or air conditioners based on 25-30 units per load. <br /> <br />For the pricing above, ARCA requires a minimum of 25 household size appliances for box <br />trucks. There is a minimum route fee of $750.00. This amount will be charged for Kittitas <br />County Solid Waste initiated orders that do not meet the minimum quantity of 25 <br />household size refrigerators/freezers. If ARCA initiates a partial collection that does not <br />meet the minimum quantity of 25 household size refrigerators/freezers, Kittitas County <br />Solid Waste will not be charged the minimum route fee. <br /> <br />Payment terms are NET30 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "C" <br /> <br />PROOF OF INSURANCE <br /> <br />The Contractor shall secure and maintain in effect at all times during performance of the <br />Work such insurance as will protect Contractor, its Support and the Additional Insureds <br />from all claims, losses, harm, costs, liabilities, damages and expenses arisin g out of <br />personal injury (including death) or property damage that may result from performance <br />of the work or this Agreement, whether such performance is by Contractor or any of its <br />Support. <br />All insurance shall be issued by companies admitted to do busine ss in the State of <br />Washington and have a rating of A-, Class VII or better in the most recently published <br />edition of Best’s Reports unless otherwise approved by the County. If an insurer is not <br />admitted, all insurance policies and procedures for issuing the insurance policies must <br />comply with Chapter 48.15 RCW and 284-15 WAC. <br /> <br />The Contractor shall provide proof of insurance for: <br /> <br /> 1) Commercial General Liability Insurance. <br />▪ Coverage limits not less than:
