BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2023 - <br />CORRECTING SCRIVENER ERROR ON RESOLUTION 2023-006 A RESOLUTION <br />FOR ON -SYSTEM ROAD ESTABLISHMENT FOR ROADS WITHIN THE <br />NORTHERN PORTION OF THE BLACK HORSE AT WHISKEY CREEK PLANNED <br />UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br />WHEREAS: Resolution No. 2023-006 for on -system road establishment for a portion of the <br />Black Horse at Whiskey Creek Planned Unit Development was approved and <br />signed on January 17, 2023, by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS: Said resolution inadvertently contained an error in the street name listed in the <br />resolution; and <br />WHEREAS: The resolution should have read as follows: <br />That the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest of the <br />public, does hereby adopt 291" Avenue, Mustang Court, Morgan Court, <br />Longhorn Loop and those portions of Roundup Drive, Wrangler Drive and <br />Bridle Way located north of 29`" Avenue and within the Black Horse at <br />Whiskey Creek Planned Unit Development, on to the Kittitas County <br />Road System and directs the county Engineer to update (as pertinent) the <br />County Road Log and other documents associated with on -system road <br />establishment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington that the foregoing recitals are herby affirmed and that the <br />resolution 2023-006 is hereby corrected. <br />DATED this 7" day of February 2023, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />Attest: <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
