GENERAL CONDITIONS 1. Pe rforman ce of Work: 5.un for Payment to the Contractor for services re ndered under this Agreement shall be as set forthin Exhibit "8". Where Exh bit "8" requires payments by the County, payment shall be basedupon bi lings, supporled u nless otherui se provided in Exhibit "B", bV documentation of unitsof work actually performed and amou nts earned, including where app ropriate, the actualnumber of days worked each month,total number of hours for the month , and the totaldollarpayment requested. Unless specifically stated in Exhibit "8" or approved tn writing tnadvance by the Kittitas Cou nty Board of Comm issioners, the County will not reim burse theContractor for any costs or expenses incurred by the contractor in performance of thisAgreement.
