Acopyof the executed lnitialOfferwill beforwarded forthe Ellensburg BDA's <br />records. <br />lf the terms and conditions of this offer are not acceptable, you may request in writing that CERB <br />reconsider, amend or modify its offer. <br />Pre-Contract Req u irements <br />Please complete the conditions below and submit the appropriate documentation to CERB <br />lf all conditions are not completed by Januarv L9,2023, you have the option to request an extension <br />from the Board. lf the Board does not approve an extension of the initial offer, the offerwillexpire. <br />1. Finalized scope of work. <br />2. Evidence that consultant services have been selected to complete the study <br />3. Evidence that the 512,500 cash match is in place, from the following or alternate <br />sources: <br />a. Ellensburg Business Development Authority, dba CenterFuse S12,500 <br />Please note that CERB requires feasibility studies/planning documents to be completed within 24 <br />months ofthe executed contract date. <br />cash
