We are seeking the City Council'J <br />recofiunendation for a reappointment or a new appointmenl of one of the City of <br />Ellensburg Councilmembers. <br />If you have alry questions please feel free to contact our office. We hope to hear from <br />you soon with a recorrunendation for this position. At that time we will advise you of <br />any further steps that need to be taken in order to complete the appointment piocess. <br />We will need to know-who therepresentation information is prior to them weighing in <br />on anyAACmeeting business in the new year. The same goes for any other City <br />Councilmember Committee Representation. If there are plans to reassigo please make <br />sure the Councilmembers know that until a letter is sentio the City cotifitming their <br />seat they are not able to be active on any Board, Committee or Commission.
