Ctttnoott Service Agreement made as of 10 / 05 / 2L between KEEN ("Purchaser") and Chinook Entertainment, LLC ("Producer") for the terms and conditions herein set forth. L. Event/Venue: Windfall Cider Fest Venue Address: 901 E. 7th Ave,, Ellensburg, WA 98926 2. Service Agreement: Producer shall provide booking, contracting, advancing and payment to Artist(s) for below Engagement Date & Times. Producer shall provide booking and coordination of stage, sound, lights and technical engineers and make payment to those production vendor(s). 3. Engagement Date(s) and Time(s): October L't,2022. Music runtime 7:00pm - 10:00pm 4. Compensation: Purchaser shall pay Producer S25,000.00 Stage/Sound/Liehts/Backline Rental s3,300.00 Production Delivery Fee Slso.oo Talent Fees + Booking S21,550.00 5. Payment Terms: 50% non-refundable deposit (S12,500.00) due June Ist,2022. Balance (S12,500.00) due Day of Event. 5. Special Provisions: Purchaser to provide and pay for Artist Rider requirements not outlined in Compensation above. Failure to present the Event or lnclement Weather shall not relieve the Purchaser of the obligation to pay agreed upon compensation herein. This Agreement and any attachments including but not limited to "Additional Terms and Conditions", and any other addenda referenced incorporated herein constitute the entire agreement between parties, shall be governed by the State of Washington law, and may be modified only by signed writing.
