Additional lnformation 2021 was only our third Ciderfest, and the feedback we heard was that it was extremely well planned and the feedback from ciderhouses, publications and others in the indusiry has been entirely positive. Many of ihem now have WindFall on their radar as having a capable team with good suppofi from the Ellensburg/Kittitas County community. There are several connections which have been identified that we will strengthen in the next planning process, and be able to take advantage of with more time and organization. But interest has been documented and the willingness of people to step out for such a memory-making getaway event is proven. Attached is Chinook Eniertainment's proposal for 2022 This event is designed to highlight the agricultural environment that is not only Kittitas County but all of Central Washingion. It draws attention to smaller family farnrs, and the increasingly diverse ways thai our rural nature is sustained by producing orchard commodities in a newer ways (that are actually really old). Cider is indeed irending, with a growing audience who support the market because. they like the flavor; they like the variety of flavors; they like that it's locally made: they like thal small orchards are getting a new lease on life: they like a frosty adult beverage on a hot day (and they're maybe a little tired of beer)t they are avoiding gluten; they are focused on buying orgarricllocal, they want to try making it themselves; they want to share it with others. The music has also proven to be a great draw.
