Based on informationwe'vegathered from surveyingthis population, about 30-40%ofthose who stay overnight rent expensive vacation homes in Suncadia, Roslyn Ridgeand elsewhere locally.Wedetermi ned froma localvacationrentalagenttheaveragehouserentalpriceand#bedrooms;weassume2peopleperbedroomwhichresultsinS6l.50/night/personfor accommodations plus otherdailyexpenses we esti mate atS50,for a combined assumption of $tt2/person.This assumptionwas applied Io4O%of this uniquesegment of overnightshowattendees from 2OL4-20L9,and30%for202L (versustheS5L/dayassumptionfor"other" overnightprovidedbythe Dean RunyanReport).
