All were cancelled. <br />The Conference is dedicated to training classes for Search and Rescue Volunteers <br />and Professionals for the greater good of the State(s) Country(s) and Communities <br />in which they serve. <br />The Conference typically has 250-350 attendees. The conference is open to the <br />public. Vendors provide SAR specific products and resources. During the 2019 <br />conference we advertised and added 4 free public classes. At this conference SAR <br />volunteers and professionals of all ages travel and stay in Kittitas County. where <br />they eat jn our restaurants. stay in our hotels. explore what we have to offer. camp <br />and want to come back. <br />Future plans for lhe conference is to remain in Kittitas County <br />SARVAC is the slatewide volunteer organization that oversees training and other <br />volunteer needs during the main conference on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. <br />Washington State Department of Emergency Management also oversees training for <br />SAR professionals and volunteers attending the Pre-conference classes taking <br />place Mon.
