Contractor is eligible to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only: <br />o Speaker and Performance fees <br />o Artist Expense (used to cover overnight lodging expenses) <br />o Rent canvas tents to cover the seating areas at the Downtown main venue <br />G Rent Porta-potties and wash stations for the Downtown to accommodate our attendees. <br />. Hire security to police the Downtown Venues Friday and Saturday nights from 8pm until L <br />pm <br />. Help defray the rentals costs of the sound equipment used in Music Production/Sound <br />Enhancement <br />r Rent cooling devices/fans for the venues if the temperatures during the festival require <br />them. <br />r Purchase radio Ads <br />o On-line and print advertising focused on our target audience. <br />o Social media advertising <br />o Use an on-line exit survey to get feedback from festival attendees <br />o Collaborate with other music festivals in our State - Sponsorships/advertising <br />. Send packets of festival brochures to all the Chambers of Commerce in the State. <br />g. Contractor is not eligible to claim reimbursement for any items not listed in Section 2 (f) and <br />is further expressly denied funding for the following items as requested in the application as <br />defined in Section 1(a): N/A <br />h. Contractors requesting reimbursement for event-specific expenses shall submit all claims as <br />no more than two reimbursement requests with supporting documentation at the conclusion <br />of the event. <br />Contractors must complete the Lodging Tax Reimbursement online training course provided <br />by the County Auditor's office prior to filing reimbursement claim. Requests for <br />reimbursement will not be accepted by the County Auditor prior to the training being <br />completed.
