Appendix A: Scope of Work <br />Provide professional support to Finance Director, including: <br />• Drafting of 2021 Financial Statements <br />• Reconciling Treasury Department Cash <br />• Preparation of recommended journal entries for above tasks <br />• Review of current procedures and documentation and assistance in drafting of revisions <br />• Other tasks as authorized by Finance Director or County Auditor <br /> <br />Period of Performance <br />Initial term of this contract is June 14, 2022 through December 31, 2022. <br />Contract may be extended annually with revised terms via signed amendment by both parties. <br /> <br /> <br />Appendix B: Basis of Compensation <br />Payment shall be made monthly upon County approval of invoices submitted by Contractor.
