What goals and deliverables have you set for this position? How will you measure <br />success? <br />We are starting our strategic planning process for 2023. It is through the strategic <br />planning process that we set goals and deliverables for the organization and staff and <br />link our work to our annual budget. The following draft plan will be discussed at the <br />CenterFuse board meeting on October 12, 2022: <br />The Strategic Plan <br />The CenterFuse Board of Directors meets each year to review and revise the <br />organization's strategic priorities to meet an ever-growing and changing set of new <br />realities. This plan represents a strategic policy document that is reviewed annually <br />within the budget process to ensure that efforts are prioritized in both a strategic and <br />fiscally responsible manner. Any new actions undertaken within the framework of the <br />plan must have an identified revenue stream. <br />Our mission and core values remain the same. Our goals, objectives and action plan <br />may be modified to best address the current conditions. <br />Mission <br />The mission of the CenterFuse (Ellensburg Business Development Authority) is to <br />strategically recruit businesses, and connect them to resources so they can start, grow, <br />and prosper. <br />Statement of Purpose <br />We seek to diversify and strengthen our economy by increasing quality wage <br />employment opportunities. <br />CenterFuse is committed to leading economic development in the Ellensburg region to <br />diversify our tax base, increase median wages and quality job creation, and business <br />development that complements our community values, history, and natural <br />environment.
