PROJECT NARRATWE <br />1. Project Description: Describe the scope of work. Indicate the major work involved, including a brief comparison of <br />existing and proposed conditions. <br />The purchase of land to place a water tower and city well to support growth of the City of Kittitas for <br />the needed infustructure improvements to support economic growth. <br />2. Explain how the infrastructure project will helpmeet the economic development goals of your community and/or <br />region. If this project is not done, will the anticipated private development still take place? <br />The water tower with provide additional water connections for additional properties and growth. <br />3.
