Ruby Street, Suite 1 Ellensburg, WA and to authorize <br />the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING ON-SYSTEM RD BLACK HORSE PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Approve Setting a Public Hearing to consider a request to consider an <br />On-System Road Establishment for Roads within the Black Horse at Whiskey <br />Creek PUD, to be held on Tuesday January 17, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the <br />Commissioners Auditorium, Room 109, Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West <br />5th Avenue Ellensburg, WA and to authorize the Clerk to publish said <br />notice. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE – NONE <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS - NONE <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />BOARD DISCUSSION/DECISION ITEMS - NONE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2023-001 AWARD DISTRESSED SALES & USE TAX PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve Resolution No. 2023-001, <br />Awarding the 2023 Distressed County Sales and Use Tax Funds, including <br />Ellensburg Business Development Authority dba CenterFuse $72,000.00; <br />Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce $92,000.00; Snoqualmie Pass Utility <br />District $270,000.00; City of Cle Elum $591,000.00; and the City of <br />Kittitas $475,000.00. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
