EXHIBIT ''8" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed $135,000. Of that total amount, $105,000 will be <br />paid in 12 monthly increments of $8750, beginning February 1,2023 and continuing each <br />month, ending February 1,2024. The remaining $30,000 shall be due on completion of <br />the Washington State Broadband Office Grant Application. <br />All reasonable travel expenses incurred related to project services will be reimbursed at <br />cost upon approval by Kittitas County <br />Professional Se rvices Ag ree me nt (rev .
