Your application (application packet) has been determined complete as of September 9, <br />2022. Processing of your application packet will be consistent with the processing procedures pursuant to the <br />Seventh Amendment of the Suncadia Development Agreement (DA). <br /> <br />In accordance with the provisions of KCC 15A.030.060 and the DA, the following will occur: <br />1. A Notice of Application will be sent to the public (adjacent landowners), Kittitas County departments, <br />and non-County governmental agencies inviting written comments on this proposal once the additional <br />requested info is received. <br />2. The consideration of written comments from adjacent property owners and public agencies will be <br />incorporated in the staff report. <br />3. As requested by the County, additional materials and/or revised preliminary plat drawings may be <br />required before this matter is brought before the Board of County Commissioners. <br />4. An administrative determination will be made regarding the Site Development Plan <br />5.
