Following the initial staff review of the <br />application materials, CDS requires additional information to continue processing your application: <br /> <br />• Tax Map Number 20-11-11000-0013 is showing as a retired parcel number. The Assessor’s data is showing this <br />parcel must be sold with 20-14-11000-0005, which is not identified on the application. Please verify parcels with the <br />County’s parcel data and update the application as needed. <br />• Total Acreage identified within the application is showing as 290.3 acres. When calculating the acreage through Tax <br />Sifter I am totaling 329.63 acres, including the Must be sold with lot mentioned above. Please verify the parcel <br />acreage with the County’s Parcel data and update the application as needed. <br />• The project narrative (2)(i) states that the project will have lake amenities. The Site Development Plan submitted does <br />not show lake amenities. CDS is asking for clarification in this regard. <br />Staff is committed to working with you to facilitate this process as much as possible. KCC 15A.03.040(4)(g) allows 180 days <br />from the date of this letter (Monday, April 3, 2023) for this information to be submitted before expiration of the applications. <br />Once CDS receives and reviews the relevant information, staff can proceed with processing the application.
