ATTACHMENT"B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work as described herein,the <br />County shall pay Contractor compensation in an amount not to exceed $25,000.00.The <br />Contractor agrees to: <br />•Submit invoices,at least quarterly,to the County within thirty (30)days following the <br />last day of the month or quarter being invoiced. <br />•Submit invoices for actual expenses incurred during the billing period.(The <br />County will not pay invoices for an equal monthly or quarterly amount based on full <br />contract compensation.) <br />•Provide detail of expenses being billed for and supporting documentation for those <br />expenses.Supporting documentation can include,but is not limited to,receipts, <br />invoices,or purchase orders.For payroll expenses,supporting documentation <br />needs to show exact salary and benefit expenses and/or timesheets from the <br />billing period. <br />Amount Activity <br />'$14,880.00 Salaries,wages,and related expenses <br />$4,710.00 Advertising,promotion,and related expenses <br />$5,410.00 Materials and related expenses <br />$25,000 TOTAL <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev.09/24/2018) <br />Page 14 of 17
