WEIDNER COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Approve an Agreement between Robert K. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT JRP INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and JRP Innovative Solutions, LLC, in the amount <br />of $135,000.00 to provide Broadband Action Team Development and <br />Coordination. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DISTRESSED COUNTY SALES & USE TAX FUNDING PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to remand the recommendations of the <br />Conference of Governments for the proposed Resolution of Distressed <br />County Sales & Use Tax Funding Awards back to Staff and for further <br />discussion with Conference of Governments. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-1 (Commissioner Wachsmith voted in opposition). <br />
