Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE DARRYL ELLIS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Certificate of Appreciation to <br />Darryl Ellis, Upper County District Court Judge, for his leadership and <br />dedicated service to the citizens of Kittitas County from January 1, <br />1997, to January 8, 2023. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion <br />carried 3-0. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the Agenda, as amended, by moving <br />Consent Items D, P, and R to Board Discussion & Decision. Commissioner <br />Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Wright moved to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, as amended, noting Items D, P, and R were <br />moved to Board Discussion & Decision.
