SELAH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 119 YAKIMA AND KITTITAS COUNTIES, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 29-22 CERTIFICATION OF 2023 EXCESS PROPERTY TAXES A RESOLUTION of the Board of Directors of Selah School District No. 11g, yakima andKittitas Counties, Washington, certifying to the Boards of yakima anO Kittitas CountyCommissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent ofESD 105, the amount of excess property taxes to be levield in year 2AZZ and collected inyear 2023 for the District's General Fund and Debt Service Fund; and providing for relatedmatters. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SELAH SCHOOLDISTRICT NO. 119, YAKIMA AND KITTITAS COUNTIES, WASHINGTON, as fottows: Section 1 : Findinos and D.eterminations. The Board of Directors (the"Board") of Selah School District No. 119, yafima anO Xittitas Counties, Washington (tne"District") takes note of the following facts and makes the following findings inddeterminations: (a) By Resolution No. 18-22, the Board adopted a budget for Fiscal year 2022-23 (the "2022-23 Budget") that included certified General Fund Replacement Educational frograms and operation Levy excess property taxes in the amount of $3,g0s,205 to belevied in 2A22 and collected in 2023. (b) The 2022'23 Budget included certified Debt Service Fund excess propertytaxes to pay debt service on all of the District's outstanding unlimited tax general obligation bonds in the amount of $4,600,000 to be levied in 2Ai2 and collected in 2023.
