No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:34 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2022-239 KCC 2.73 PROSECUTOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve Resolution No. 2022-239, A <br />Resolution Approving Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.73 Requests for <br />Legal Defense in Kittitas County Superior Court Case No. 22-2- <br />0027419, as presented. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2- <br />0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined that for the week of December 12, 2022, they <br />would share with their citizens a flyer with the Broadband Mapping <br />plans. <br /> <br />UPDATE BOCC/ DEPARTMENT HEAD REPORTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Each Commissioner was assigned three different Department Heads to <br />meet with on a weekly basis for the year.
