Task 7.5 NPDES Permitting. <br />SCS will assist the County in obtaining coverage under Ecologr's Construction Stormwater General <br />Permit. We will develop a Notice of lntent (NOl) application with supporting documentation, such as <br />stormwater pollution prevention plans;spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans (as <br />required), BMPs for sediment, erosion, and pollution prevention control measures, etc. <br />Task 7.6 Environmental Compliance Tracking. <br />The County has completed substantial permitting efforts including SEPA checklist, JARP, and United <br />States Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) Nationwide Permit (NWP) 39, etc. As a follow up to the <br />aforementioned Task 2, SCS will assist the County in reviewing and complying with the permit <br />conditions listed in active environmental permits and agency approvals during project design and <br />construction phases. <br />Deliverableso FAA Notification Letter.o Solid Waste Permit (Transfer Station, Composting, MRW).o Site Development Permit.o Air Quality Permit.o NPDES Permit. <br />Task 7 Assumptionsr Address up to two (2) sets of comments for each document from regulatory agencies. <br />Task B - Bidding Phase Services <br />SCS will assist the County during the bidding phase (assuming 1 month) by conducting a pre-bid <br />conference, responding to contractor questions, and preparing & issuing an addendum. SCS will <br />review contractor bids and provide a Recommendation of Award letter.
