Existing water pressure will be adequate <br />and a fire flow booster pump not required. <br />Task 5 - Final Design - 90 Percent <br />SCS will advance the design to the 90 percent complete level with a "check" set of drawings and <br />specifications at the 60 percent completion level to allow concurrent reviews while the design <br />progresses to the 90 percent level. At the 60 percent completion stage, we will initiate the <br />Department of Ecolory permitting process and develop technical specifications for the project. SCS <br />will conduct weekly design coordination meetings with the Project Team and County. <br />A set of 60 percent (over the shoulder or check set) drawings, technical specifications, and Class 2 (- <br />t5%, +2O%) level cost will be prepared. SCS will meet with the County to discuss comments which <br />will be incorporated and the Project Team will proceed to developing a 90 percent set of drawings <br />and specifications (Standard conditions and technical).
