SELAH SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 119 YAKIMA AND KITTITAS COUNTIES, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO.29-22 CERTIFICATION OF 2023 EXCESS PROPERTY TAXES A RESOLUTION of the Board of Directors of Selah School District No. 119, yakima andKittitas Counties, Washington, certifying to the Boards of Yakima and Kittitas County Commissioners of Yakima and Kittitas Counties, Washington and the Superintendent ofESD 105, the amount of excess property taxes to be leviel in year 2022 and collected inyear 2023 for the District's General Fund and Debt Service Fund; and providing for related matters. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF SELAH SCHOOLDlsrRlcT No. 119, YAKTMA AND KtrrlrAs couNTtES, WASHINGToN, as foilows: Section 1 . Findinss and Peterminations. The Board of Directors (the"Board") of Selah School District No. 119, Yakima and Xittitas Counties, Washington (tne"District") takes note of the following facts and makes the following findings ind determinations: (a) By Resolution No. 18-22, the Board adopted a budget for Fiscal year 2022- 23 (the "2a22-23 Budget") that included certified General Fund Reptacement Educational Programs and operation Levy excess property taxes in the amount of $3,g0s,20s to be levied in 2022 and collectedin 2023. (b) The 2022'23 Budget included certified Debt Service Fund excess proper{y taxes to pay debt service on all of the District's outstanding unlimited tax general obligation bonds in the amount of $4,600,000 to be levied in ZA*Z and collecteO in ZOzS.
