MLE undertakes no responsibilities to Subrecipient, or to any third party, other than as expressly set out in this document. Subrecipient shall be solely responsible for the design, development, implementation, achievement of deliverables and reporting of the project, as those phases are applicable to this project, and solely responsible for any claim or suit of any nature by any third party related in any way to the project. 6.1.1 Project Timeline. The Subrecipient is responsible for maintaining the project timeline for all dates and activities outlined as the Subrecipient's responsibility as identified in the Funding Opportunity Exhibit "F". The Subrecipient shall complete the purchase of the replacement vessel no later than September 30,2023. The Subrecipient shall complete the approved project no later than October 15, 2024, as a term of the acceptance of this grant award. The project timeline cannot be extended under the scope of this agreement. MLE staff shall monitorthe activities conducted underthe scope of this projecton a quarterly basis. Work will be considered complete, only when the following conditions are met: .
