This'subrecipient ajreement is authorize d by 2CFR 200 and 50 CFR 80. MLE is authorized to provide grants for recreltional boating enforcementand education activities and has sufficient grant funds available within its current biennial budgetand has authorized expenditure on the Subrecipient's Project as defined below, "nJ tf,"subrecipient agrees to comply with 2 cFR 200, MLE rules and other MLE adopted policies andprocedures, and this Subrecipient Grant Agreement. <br />SEGTION 2: PURPoSE <br />The purpose of thisAgreement is to setforth the obligations of both parties in the awarding of fundsfor replacement of marine law enforcement patrolvelseland subsequent reporting and to set forththe deliverables under the Federal FinanciaiAssistance Grant, hereinafter called lhe ,,prolect.;, <br />SEGTION 3: GoURTESY INFoRMATIoN & REMINDER <br />Very important information is located throughout this document.
