Any portion of L & r that is paid by the emproyer {5uB-RECTPTENT} <br />13" Retirement contributions paid by the ernployer {SUg-REclpttNT} can be included if thecontribution is based on a percentage of their hours worked <br />Health insuranc€, of any other benefits not listed above, are not eligible for reimbursement. <br />The SUB'RECIPIENT will provide law enforcement officers with appropriate equipment {e.g.,vehicles, radars, portable breath testers, etc.)to participat€ in the emphasis patrols. <br />3.2'3. Funding alterations are permitted as follows: upon agreement by the regionalTZM and <br />all other parties impacted by a proposed budget alteration, the budget category amounts may <br />be increased or decreased without amending this agreement, so long as the total grant award <br />arnount does not increase. HVE grant funds should be managed collabaratively by the SUB- <br />RECIPIENT and the TZM" <br />These alterations must be requested through email comrnunication between the regionalTZM <br />and assigned WTSC Program Manager. This csmmunication shall include details of the <br />requested budget modifications and a description of why these changes are needed. The TZM <br />will also send an updated quarterly operations Plan tc the WASpc representative monitoring <br />the project if the budget modification will result in changes to the previously subrnitted plan.
