The SUB'RECIPIENT will provide law enforcement officers with appropriate equipment {e.g.,vehicles, radars, portable breath testers, etc.)to participat€ in the emphasis patrols. 3.2'3. Funding alterations are permitted as follows: upon agreement by the regionalTZM and all other parties impacted by a proposed budget alteration, the budget category amounts may be increased or decreased without amending this agreement, so long as the total grant award arnount does not increase. HVE grant funds should be managed collabaratively by the SUB- RECIPIENT and the TZM" These alterations must be requested through email comrnunication between the regionalTZM and assigned WTSC Program Manager. This csmmunication shall include details of the requested budget modifications and a description of why these changes are needed. The TZM will also send an updated quarterly operations Plan tc the WASpc representative monitoring the project if the budget modification will result in changes to the previously subrnitted plan.
