<br /> <br /> <br />Page 7 of 7 <br />EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Compensation shall total $25,000 per year ($25,000 for 2022, $25,000 for 2023, and <br />$25,000 for 2024). Payment shall be made on an annual basis. Contractor shall submit an <br />invoice to the Auditor’s Office for the payment period which shall be paid by the Auditor <br />within thirty (30) days of receipt. This funding is to come from the County’s ARPA funding. <br />Should that funding cease to be available, this contract shall become null and void. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
