3. Sustainability: Describe how this project would or wouldn't be sustained if these <br />Homelessness Prevention and Affordable Housing funds were not available either <br />currently or in the future. (250 words max.) <br />The viability of the Cold Weather Shelter would be in serious jeopardy without funding <br />from the Kittitas County Homeless Prevention and Affordable Housing fund. <br />ln future years, the KVMA fully expects the City of Ellensburg and Kittitas County <br />leadership to implement a space for year round shelter making the Cold Weather <br />Shelter unnecessary in its current from. <br />15
