Recipients must comply with Preference for U S. Examples of relevant debt include <br />delinquent payroll and other taxes, audit disak wances, and benefit overpayments (See OMB Circular A-129.) <br />Article XXXN - Nondiscrimination In Illtatlem Pertaining to FaM-Based Organlutions <br />It is DHS policy to erasure the equal treatment of faith -based organizations in social service programs administered or <br />suprported by DHS or its component agencies, enabling those organizations to participate In providing important social <br />services to beneficiaries. Recipients crust comply with the equal treatment policies and requirements contained In 6 C F R <br />Part 19 and other applicable statues, regulations, and guidance governing the participations of falth-based organizations in <br />individual DHS programs. <br />Article XXXV - Education Amendments of 1972 (Equal Opportunity in Education Act) - Title Dt <br />Recipients must comply with the requirements of Title DC of the E4%mlion Amendments of 1972, Pub.
