VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT seconded. <br />Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING REGULATING PUBLIC CAMPING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 2:12 p.m. VICE-CHAIRMAN WRIGHT opened a Public Hearing to <br />consider Amending the Kittitas County Code Title 9 to create a new <br />Chapter entitling “9.55 Regulating Public Camping”. <br />EMILY SMITH, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, said Chairman Osiadacz had <br />been working with the City of Ellensburg in collaboration with <br />regulating camping in public areas. She recommended continuing the <br />Public Hearing until Chairman Osiadacz is available in case the <br />Board had any questions. <br /> <br />THERE WAS NO ONE IN ATTENDEANCE REQUESTING TO PROVIDE PUBLIC <br />TESTIMONY. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER WACHSMITH moved to continue the Public Hearing until <br />Tuesday December 6, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Commissioners <br />Auditorium, noting the record was to remain open.
