NOW THEREFORE' BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby dissolves the current Kittitas County Behavioral Health and <br />Recovery Board; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington, hereby establishes a new board to be known as <br />the Kittitas County 1/10 of IYoMental Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board <br />and declares that the Board shall be tasked with developing the goals, objectives, and metrics for <br />the use of funds generated by the mental health and chemical dependency tax as well soliciting <br />and collecting proposals and making recommendations to the BOCC and to serve as the advisory <br />board on matters related to alcohol and substance abuse, mental health; and <br />Now THEREFORE, BE rr FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of county <br />Commissioners of Kittitas County, Washington hereby declares that membership of the new <br />board be composed of 7 members, one from each commissioner district and one from public <br />health, one at large member with lived experience, one member with unique experience with <br />mental health disorders, and one member with unique experience with substance use disorders. <br />The members will be appointed by the BOCC.
