123 All jurisdictions participating in this to Agreement shall be responsible for its own <br />124 wrongful and negligent acts or omissions, or those of its officers; agents, or employees to the fullest <br />125 extent required by law, and shall indemnify, defend and hold the other parties to the Agreement <br />126 harmless from any such liability. <br />127 15. GOVERNING LAW <br />128 This Agreement shall be construed under Washington law. <br />129 16.
